Most of this traffic will go over the network provided by BT and there is often a payout associated with people making calls to your number ranges. - Call Detail Record Rating – as well as providing a service that comes with the preloaded requirements for BT interconnection the costing routine that underlies this is available as a separate entity and can be integrated into your own billing systems to provide accurate costing information.
- Billing Systems – if you require a system that can produce invoices for your customers we can offer a bespoke system to meet your needs.
- Call Management Software – as a SME you may have a centralised PABX or switchboard and wish to produce reports on the telephone traffic that your company is making as well as alerting you in real-time to any issues that are happening.
