Dispute Resolution Service

The summaries produced by Telecost Billing Services are only as accurate as the data provided from the switch(es) – this may on occasion not agree with the data that BT has for the same period in which case BT will raise a dispute with the operator.

Telecost offer a service to look into the dispute and check data from both the operator and from BT and liaise with both parties to come to a resolution.

Contact us at dispute.service@telecostbilling.co.uk – there is no requirement to have billing services provided by Telecost to take advantage of this dispute service.
